CMBS in Europe – Quarterly Update & Panel Discussion

This session will include a quarterly update on CMBS in Europe with views from Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs on the CMBS market over the prior quarter, existing factors affecting day-to-day business and their thoughts as to what the future holds. The quarterly update will be followed by a panel discussion addressing certain structural elements in CRE origination and their impact on CMBS ratings with views from Fitch Ratings Limited and DBRS Ratings Limited.
