Spring Conference – Liquidity – too much of a good thing?

We hope those who attended our Spring Conference enjoyed it. The main event, with its timely focus on liquidity, was accompanied, as usual, by a speakers’ dinner and a YPREF afternoon of more educational content, but also by an exclusive, invitation-only reception for lenders and borrowers that we hope will become a fixture for the future. Both the YPREF and main conference keynotes were economists – Sabina Kalyan from CBRE Global Investors and Anatole Kaletsky – and offered fascinating and thoughtful insights into the state of the world and our markets. Conference sessions encouraged delegates to think about climate change as well as hot sectors like logistics and the UK residential sector.
