Formed in 2023, the mission of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee is to:
- Raise awareness of mental health challenges in the real estate finance sector and promote an inclusive industry culture that recognises and addresses the mental health needs of this community, including among underrepresented groups.
- Provide a dedicated platform for mental health and wellbeing initiatives, tailored to the diverse professionals within the real estate finance industry.
- Create opportunities for education, support and development in mental health, with a focus on the intersection of mental health inclusivity and diversity.
- Collaborate with other networks to integrate mental health inclusivity and diversity into industry practices, where appropriate.
