Speak Bios

Pat O'Sullivan is Head of Real Estate Research in AIB. Pat has over 30 years' experience of working in the financial markets. Pat is responsible for the research and analysis of the Irish commercial real estate and residential markets for Ireland in AIB.
He is on the senior management team of AIB's Real Estate Finance division which is a senior debt provider for Land and Development Finance and Commercial Real Estate Finance in Ireland.
Pat is a graduate of University College Dublin and Dublin City University and has a BA and MA in Economics, as MSc in Investment and Treasury and is a CFA.

Henry Cleary is head or the Barclays Bank Ireland Real Estate Finance business and is a member of the senior leadership of Barclays Ireland.
Barclays Bank Ireland provides both development and investment finance, recourse and non-recourse lending to its client base which are typically local. international corporates or funds.
Henry has over 20 years of experience in real estate financing across development and investment, residential and commercial and has advised clients in the equality capital markets, debt capital markets and banking markets.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Henry is a member of the Securities and Investment Institute and holds and a degree in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Business Studies from Dublin City University.

Sally Anne Sherry is General Council of Bartra, a Dublin based real estate group focussed on the investment, development and operation of real estate assets such as social housing, co-living, private residential, nursing homes, commercial real estate and renewable energy.
Sally Anne has responsibility for the legal affairs across the ~Barta group. Prior to her current role, she was Legal Counsel for Treasury Holdings and qualified as a solicitor with Matheson.

Andy Tallon is responsible for CBRE's Capital Advisors business in Ireland. Capital Advisors is a pan European platform offering unequalled corporate, and real estate finance services with a particular focus on M&A advisory, Capital Raising and Debt Advisory.
Having worked with CRBE in London for 7 years, Andy returned to Dublin to grow the real estate business in Ireland just over 2 years ago.
Andy has advised some of the markets largest clients including Blackstone, Kennedy, Wilson, Ballymore and Irish Life.
A graduate of University Collge Dublin, The Michael Smurfit School Business, Andy is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Chris Bennett, Managing Director, Head of London Branch DekaBank Deutsche Girinsentrale
Chris Bennet is a founding member of DekaBank's UK real estate lending team and took up the role as Head of The London Branch in September 2018, having previously been employed at Citigroup. DekaBank is a lender on ore commercial property to established real estate platforms. DekaBank has underwritten over 90 transactions with a debt volume of c£10bn, secured on the UK and Irish commercial real estate.
Chris holds and BSC (Hons) in Mathematics from Cardiff ~University and an MSc in Accounting and Management Science from Southampton University. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, Europe.
