The Chief Operating Officer (COO) Forum brings together individuals with COO-type responsibilities in member firms. It is co-chaired by Pavandeep Wakem, Investec and Xavier Vanhoy, Wells Fargo.
The role of COO is complex, broad and not always consistent across organisations (Harvard Business Review, May 2006). This applies to our industry, where a range of different roles covers the breadth of COO responsibilities.
