Jason began his career at Barclays in 1990 and has undertaken roles across Retail, Commercial and Investment Banking including spells in Dubai and Australia. He joined Platinum Equity in 2005 as Head of European Financing before rejoining Barclays in 2006 in their European Real Estate Finance Team. Following a number of Structured Finance and Team Leadership roles, Jason was appointed Head of Real Estate for the UK Corporate Bank in 2021, leading a team of over 180 people across Real Estate and Social Housing
