Gregor leads the Real Estate Debt team at Aviva Investors with responsibility for origination, execution, and ongoing management of real estate debt transactions.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Gregor spent 14 years at Barclays where he held a number of roles in both investment and corporate banking, most recently as managing director of the London Real Estate team within Barclays Corporate. Gregor has worked on real estate transactions in capital markets, financing and advisory roles across Europe and South Africa. Gregor has been a member of the Board of CREFCE since 2022 and is currently serving as Chair.
