With over 20 years in banking and finance, Pav Wakem brings a wealth of operational expertise and strategic vision to her role as Head of Strategic Operations for Real Estate at Investec. She has been instrumental in shaping Investec’s private equity platform, REALIS — leading its operational rollout, establishing an in-house agency function to support the distribution capital model, and driving the development of the business’s technology, data, and AI strategy. Pav also oversees all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery across the platform.

Outside of Investec, Pav co-chairs the CREFC COO Forum and serves on the advisory board of Black Women in Real Estate, championing greater inclusion and cross-industry collaboration.

I look forward to receiving the questions and planning for the event.
