Sam Shah is Head of Development Finance within Lloyds Bank’s Real Estate & Housing business, with 20+ years’ experience across strategy, capital restructuring and real estate finance. He leads Lloyds’ development finance proposition, with a particular focus on complex structured credit and alternative residential sectors. Sam has originated, structured and executed over £2.5bn of real estate financings and previously led real estate debt origination for Lloyds’ Regional Impact Fund.

He began his real estate career in restructuring during the Global Financial Crisis, playing a key role in restructuring over £1bn of development and housebuilding credit.
