Emma Huepfl chairs the Bank of England Commercial Property Forum and has a portfolio of advisory and non-executive roles following a career of over 30 years in the real estate debt markets.

She previously co-founded Laxfield Capital, which was sold to CBRE Investment Management in 2019. She remained with the business as Co-Head of EMEA Credit Strategies until 2023.

Her current roles include Senior Advisor to Redevco’s Real Estate Debt platform, Non-Executive Director of The Portman Estate and April Mortgages Ltd, and Advisor to CREFi, a real estate information platform focused on European commercial real estate debt.

She was previously Chair and a Board Member of CREFC Europe.
