Alison Lambert is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Martley Capital Group, where she oversees Finance, Capital Markets, Listed Markets, and Operations. She plays a central role in shaping the firm’s financial strategy and operational performance.

Prior to joining Martley Capital, Alison was Head of Finance – Listed Markets at M7 Real Estate, leading Finance and Accounting and coordinating with advisors, non-executive directors, and internal teams. Before that, she served as Head of Finance, Europe at Oxford Properties, where she led the regional finance team and held governance roles including Executive Director in Luxembourg and Internal Audit Liaison with OMERS.

Alison began her career at KPMG, where she was a Director in Transaction Services, advising on real estate, public sector, and infrastructure deals.

She holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London, is a Fellow of the ICAEW, and is Immediate Past Chair of CREFCE. She also sits on the Policy & Campaigns Committee for Real Estate Balance and is a Trustee of Book Clubs in Schools.
