We are conducting a survey (here) of lenders active in the UK living sectors to collect some evidence about how people are dealing with the impact of the new building safety act and the new regulator’s management of the Gateway approvals process.

Meanwhile, the House of Lords Industry and Regulators Committee is investigating the experience of industry more broadly with the Building Safety Regulator – you can respond to their Call for Evidence here until 31 August (we will too, based on responses to our survey).
