Our friends at AIMA and the LMA have asked us to share with you the work of the ESG integrated disclosure project (ESG IDP), established by AIMA, the LSTA and UN PRI to support disclosure of ESG data in the private and broadly syndicated credit markets. A disclosure template they have developed to simplify and harmonise disclosure for SMEs and privately owned businesses is available here (along with explanatory materials).
Please note that while we strongly support efforts to harmonise and simplify in this area and generally, we have had no involvement in this project (and on a quick look, it does not seem to be especially relevant to our market). Feel free to give Peter your feedback.
