UK stamp tax letter

We were among the organisations supporting a letter to the Chancellor of the Exchequer asking that he reconsider the abolition of multiple dwellings relief from stamp duty land tax, on the basis that it improves the viability of build-to-rent and student accommodation schemes, particularly in the regions.
