The FCA published its consultation on ESG product labels and metrics, which can be seen here. For this one, we will be coordinating our submissions with a growing group of industry bodies that previously made this submission arguing for real estate specific metrics. We are keen to contribute more substantively this time from the point of view of real estate lenders – please let Peter know if you can help.
In the meantime, we submitted a rather quick and dirty response to the UK government’s rather quick and dirty “review of net zero” call for evidence. Our submission can be seen here.
