Keynote: Workplace Anxiety and Mindfulness
 
In challenging markets professionals are likely to experience an increase in work related anxiety. Richard Martin will deliver a session focusing on anxiety in the workplace and ways to combat it. He will also introduce the Mindful Business Charter (MBC), a framework to facilitate discussions around wellbeing in teams and healthy working practices.  The session will end with a guided mindfulness session run by Martina Vogelsang and Joanne Eaton from Barclays.
