Reciprocal mentoring can be a powerful way to promote intergenerational collaboration and understanding. Alongside a robust DE&I strategy reciprocal mentoring can help to create a more inclusive environment, providing underrepresented groups with the opportunity for face-to-face time with senior leaders, sharing their lived experience and feedback to assist the seniors in becoming more inclusive leaders.

The intended outcome of this event is to provide mentees with a variety of perspectives in a short amount of time and for them to be part of a knowledge sharing experience without the time commitment of formal mentoring.

Mentors and mentees will be provided with resources to help navigate the reciprocal mentoring process and there will also be an opportunity to network with other participants. If you have less than 10 years experience and are part of an underrepresented group, you can participate as a mentee.
