Working in the Real Estate Finance Industry can be incredibly rewarding but stressful at times.

In the session, we will explore the links between stress, addictive behaviours, workplace wellbeing and how these can affect mental health. Dr David McLaughlan will draw on his extensive experience as a psychiatrist and digital health innovator to explore the impact of harmful habits on mental health and wellbeing, while guiding an interactive session that encourages audience reflection on their own habits, routines and relationship with alcohol and other addictive behaviours. He will also discuss how new approaches are helping people to better manage addiction and stress.

This event is open to all CREFCE members. This is a great opportunity to engage with expert perspectives, reflect on the role of wellbeing in professional life, and connect with colleagues and contacts over alcohol-free cocktails in a supportive setting.
