Ben Thomas, Senior Director, CBRE
Ben heads the Industrial and Logistics valuation team at CBRE, providing expertise in valuations for loan security and financial reporting. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Ben gained experience in Corporate Banking at the Royal Bank of Scotland.Sandra Beuchel, Associate Director, CBRESandra brings a wealth of international experience to CBRE's Living Team, having previously held valuation positions at Matthews & Goodman and John D Wood & Co. in New Zealand before joining the firm in 2023.

Eleanor Judd, Director, Savills
Eleanor heads the Public Sector Valuation team at Savills and specialises in advising a range of public sector bodies, including NHS Trusts, Healthcare Bodies, local and central government, and their agencies. Prior to joining Savills in 2025, Eleanor held the position of Partner and Head of Valuation Advisory at Montagu Evans.
Daniel Mackernan, Director, Licensed Leisure, Savills
Daniel specialises in professional work within the licensed leisure industry and is an expert in the valuation of licensed leisure properties and lease advisory. He acts as an expert witness in court and arbitration proceedings, as well as an independent expert in rent review disputes. Daniel advises lenders, major brewers and pub companies as well as small multiples and individual operators.
