James is an Executive Director at PGIM, based in London, where he is responsible for loan originations across key European markets on behalf of PGIM’s institutional real estate investors.

Prior to joining PGIM in 2018, James was an Associate at Concorde Capital, working across both debt and equity real estate transactions in Europe.

Before joining Concorde Capital, James worked in JLL’s Corporate Finance team, advising on debt capital raising for European real estate transactions.

James holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Finance.
