Aishath Arooma is a Director in the Morgan Stanley Commercial Real Estate Debt team focusing on senior secured debt across Europe. Aishath has over 10 years of experience in CRE lending, having worked at both JP Morgan and Bank of America before joining Morgan Stanley.
Aishath completed her Chartered Accountancy qualification at Ernst & Young, London. She holds a BEng in Electronics Engineering from Bristol University and a Masters in Telecommunications Engineering from University College London.
Throughout her career in real estate finance Aishath has been inspired and helped by numerous senior women and male allies in the industry, and is in turn keen to provide as much mentoring and support to women in CRE, having experienced the potential and power of supportive networks and shared experiences.
