We created our back leverage forum in late 2023, in recognition of the growing importance of, and interest in, the way alternative lenders are increasingly partly funded using leverage.
The forum's steering group is led by Phil Abbott (Fieldfisher) and Sabah Nawaz (CWT) and a number of sub-groups focusing on specific work streams have been established in this important and opaque part of the CRE financing market.
