Carenn Chu is an Associate Director in the Structured Finance CMBS group. She joined S&P Global in London in 2010. As a member of the Structured Finance CMBS group, Carenn is responsible for rating new CMBS transactions and the surveillance of existing CMBS transactions.
Before joining the London office, she worked in the New York office of S&P Global where she rated and surveilled U.S. CMBS. Prior to S&P Global, Carenn held positions at Deloitte in Real Estate Financial Advisory Services and the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
She received a BA in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University and a MBA in Finance from the City University of New York.
