Helen is a Real Estate Finance lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard, having qualified in 2020. Her experience includes acting for a range of sponsors and lenders on a variety of real estate investment and development financings across all major asset classes, including logistics, student accommodation, hotels and build-to-rent. Helen's experience includes multi-jurisdictional transactions as well as restructurings.
Helen has recently completed a secondment to National Westminster Bank plc, supporting real estate transactions.
Helen also regularly volunteers at a pro bono legal clinic.
Helen studied History at the University of Sheffield prior to completing her legal studies at BPP Law School, Holborn.
