Indy is a Senior Surveyor in the Valuation department at CBRE, having joined the firm in September 2021 as part of their graduate program. Initially, she spent a year in the Capital Markets Team before transitioning to the Valuation Department. In her current role, Indy conducts valuations for various purposes, including financial reporting, statutory tax assessments, purchase price allocations, and secured lending.
During her tenure at CBRE, Indy was honoured with the prestigious Karen Queen Award, which is bestowed annually upon one graduate or apprentice exiting CBRE's UK program. As part of this award, she spent a month in the United States exploring diverse valuation reporting methodologies.
Indy holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Newcastle University. She is also a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Currently, Indy is contributing to the expansion of YPREF's "How To" series, further enhancing her professional development and outreach within the industry.
