In 2021, we constituted an Irish Forum (originally a committee but since renamed) with domestic and international banks, non-bank lenders, real estate investors and advisory businesses participating.
The Forum is chaired by Paul McDonnell (who has non-executive roles at Brookland and CBRE), supported by Ciara Buckley (Arthur Cox), Henry Cleary (Barclays), Mairead O'Sullivan (SitusAMC), Sarah Stafford (Wells Fargo) and Rob Murphy. A first in person meeting was held in spring 2023 at College Green, and a second meeting was hosted by AIB in autumn 2023. Barclays hosted an April 2024 meeting, and William Fry will be hosting the autumn 2024 meeting (and an associated seminar).
We intend to maintain a collaborative relationship with Irish Institutional Property as we develop this presence in the Irish market.
