In 2021, we constituted an Irish Forum (originally a committee but since renamed) with domestic and international banks, non-bank lenders, real estate investors and advisory businesses participating.
The Forum is chaired by Paul McDonnell (who has non-executive roles at Brookland and CBRE), supported by Ciara Buckley (Arthur Cox), Henry Cleary (Barclays), Mairead O'Sullivan (SitusAMC), Sarah Stafford (Wells Fargo) and Rob Murphy. A first in person meeting was held in spring 2023 at College Green, and a second was hosted by AIB in autumn 2023. Twice yearly meetings are planned to continue in 2024 and beyond.
We intend to maintain a collaborative relationship with Irish Institutional Property as we develop this presence in the Irish market.
