James Stripe is a Senior Associate within the Real Estate Finance team at Fieldfisher. He has been with the firm for 10 years, having qualified there. He acts for a number of the firm's well-established clients (both lenders and borrowers), with a particular focus on back leverage and hotel financings.
This year, James has been instrumental in establishing the CREFC Europe Back Leverage Working Group. This group allows market participants (including institutional lenders, borrowers and advisors) to share their views and is designed to help shape the back leverage market in the Commercial Real Estate Finance.
James also recently spent six months on secondment at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (PBB) gaining valuable client experience and cementing his relationship with a key client.
