I am an experienced real estate investment manager with 20+ years of post MRICS experience in core/core+/value-add/ opportunistic property acquisitions and asset management. I am currently constructing an in-house REIT, however have previously built special situations and institutional real estate funds from scratch. All involved leading and formulating each funds strategic aims, along with fund set up, performance analysis, origination and asset level business planning.
