Joan is an Associate Director in the Savills valuation division based in London. Qualifying as a RICS Registered Valuer in 2017, Joan values all mainstream sectors of UK commercial real estate, with a focus on assets in London and the South East, and property viewed in a national context. In valuing development sites and refurbishment opportunities she has seen how ESG and sustainability can be incorporated to redefine and reinvigorate property.
Joan holds a BA in Philosophy and an MA in Real Estate Planning and Development, and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Joan is currently chair of the Young Professionals Real Estate Finance (YPREF) Core Committee.
