Jonathan is a banking lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright. He has an extensive general finance background with a particular focus on real estate finance. His experience includes acting for both sponsors and lenders on investment and development facilities for all major asset classes as well as advising on refinancings and restructurings in the real estate finance market. Jonathan regularly advises on transactions which are multi-jurisdictional in nature in addition to domestic UK transactions.
