Mairéad O’Sullivan joined SitusAMC in 2020 as Managing Director for the Irish operations. SitusAMC is a US headquartered global real estate finance service provider across loan asset management, debt markets, underwriting, loan servicing and asset valuations. SitusAMC Ireland is a regulated credit servicing firm, authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland. Mairéad is responsible for developing and nurturing key client relationships, both in Ireland and on a pan European basis, whilst directing the development and implementation of real estate strategies across large client portfolios.
Mairéad is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor by profession, with over 16 years experience across the commercial real estate, finance and investment industries. Mairéad has previously held senior roles within Davy (Ireland’s largest wealth manager), Savills, The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation and Merrion Property Group. Mairéad holds a BA in Architecture, an MSc in Real Estate, and is a professional member of the Institute of Directors of Ireland, the Institute of Bankers of Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
