Niamh is a managing associate on the real estate team at Simmons & Simmons (Ireland) LLP.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2021, Niamh spent just over ten years at Matheson LLP. She is experienced in all areas of commercial real estate practice including real estate investment, development and finance transactions. Niamh advises clients including investors, lenders, landlords and occupiers across a wide range of sectors including hospitality, retail, development land, PRS, healthcare and offices.
She has a wide range and depth of experience, particularly with investors and lenders. She has advised numerous domestic and international institutional, private equity and alternative fund investors on the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of real estate assets in Ireland. Her experience has also focused on distressed assets, particularly in relation to the enforcement and realisation of security.
