Sherry Scrivens is a Senior Associate in Alston & Bird’s finance group, with a key focus on domestic and European real estate finance. Sherry represents a variety of clients including corporate borrowers, financial institutions, debt and equity funds, corporate trustees, bond issuers, and other market participants on a variety of finance transactions including syndicated lending, private credit, senior/mezzanine financings, warehouse financings, and securitizations. Additionally, she represents third party loan agents, security trustees, and servicers on their appointments on real estate finance transactions.
