Together we are delivering tailored financial solutions across the capital stack, structuring commercial real estate finance transactions, building and strengthening relationships with clients and lending partners across the industry. Before joining Barclays in 2025, I served as Executive Director at Wells Fargo, managing risk assessment and the sell-down process for commercial real estate loans. I supported the banks’ commercial real estate, hotel finance, manufactured housing, and data centre finance teams, in underwriting large loans across Europe with primary focus on the UK market.  Previously, I worked at Hypothekenbank Frankfurt, Eurohypo, and IKB Deutsche Industriebank, gaining international experience in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and London.I am passionate about promoting gender diversity in commercial real estate and financial services. Having chaired the CREFC Europe and Wells Fargo Women’s Networks for several years, I have been recognised for my efforts with the Women in Banking and Finance Role Model Award (2021).  In addition to my CREFCE involvement, I am an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Association of Property Lenders, a member of the Investment Property Forum, Real Estate Balance and Women in Banking and Finance.Fun facts: I am an engineer and a true global citizen – born in Mexico, educated and raised in Germany, now living in London with my Norwegian husband and two teenage children.  I have a deep appreciation for music, theatre, painting, and travelling.  Some of my most cherished holiday moments include exploring Yucca Valley and whale watching in Costa Rica.
