Stephanie Ng is an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, working in the Real Estate Finance team.
She believes that gender, diversity and inclusivity are topics which need to be actively discussed and has tried to play a part in pushing initiatives forward, such as by taking up roles in Cambridge University Women in Business and various mentorship programmes for aspiring solicitors. '
