Tina Pristovsek is Vice President of Capital Markets and Finance – Europe, at Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”), a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and
business builder with nearly CAD$87bn in assets under management globally.
Based in London, Tina is responsible for developing and implementing capital markets
and financing strategies for Oxford’s European business including monitoring
and managing the company’s €3 billion existing European debt portfolio.
Tina has almost 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked in the real estate structured finance field at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America prior to joining Oxford.
Tina is a proponent of diversity and inclusion across the real estate industry and
encourages women to network and build relationships to advance careers and
actively encourages women to aspire for longevity in the real estate
profession.
Tina holds an undergraduate in Management Science from Warwick Business School and a Masters in Management and Regulation of Risk from the London School of Economics.
