The DEI committee was formed in 2021 with a focus on promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the commercial real estate finance industry.
The Committee’s principal areas of focus are to:
Support the careers of professionals from under-represented groups in our industry, including developing suitable mentoring and networking schemes.
Provide a forum for our member firms to compare notes and share experiences, making it easier for good practice to spread and mistakes not to be repeated.
Help to attract a broader range of people from under-represented groups into our industry from schools and universities, including by collaborating with other relevant organisations.
Our mission is supported by several focused committees, each dedicated to a specific area and composed of representatives from a diverse range of member firms.
