CorePREF is a CREFC Europe network designed for professionals with 10+ years of industry experience who have progressed beyond the typical YPREF stage but are not yet in the most senior leadership positions within their organisations.
The network was created to address a gap that often exists between early-career learning and networking opportunities and the visibility, relationships and influence typically available to senior executives. CorePREF provides a forum for experienced professionals to build meaningful connections, exchange perspectives, share market insights and support one another’s ongoing professional development.
Since it’s inception CorePREF has attracted strong interest from across the market. Led by a dedicated committee and steering group, the network focuses on delivering structured networking opportunities under the banner Peers. Perspectives. Market Insights. Through quarterly events and carefully designed formats, CorePREF aims to foster deeper industry relationships and more substantive conversations among peers.
The committee co-chairs for this group are Valeska Widrig, BentallGreenOak; Anu Srivastav, ING; Mandeep Mangat, Kennedy Wilson and Tom Johnnson, RBC.
