Jeremy Tham is the Head of Real Estate Finance Valuations at Knight Frank LLP.  He joined Knight Frank in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in valuation and advisory, asset management and capital markets.His expertise includes providing valuation and advisory services to lenders and borrowers, as well as transaction support. He has also provided advice to specialist loan servicers and private equity firms on non-performing loans.Jeremy has extensive experience in the Central London market, as well as the South East, valuing a wide range of assets including retail, retail warehousing, offices, industrial and development sites. Prior to joining Knight Frank, Jeremy held roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and St Quintin Chartered Surveyors.Jeremy is a member of the CREFCE Board of Advisors and The Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors.
