We are surprised at relatively low levels of member engagement on two recently advertised topics. In case you’re not all super-busy or on holiday:
- We have still only heard from around 15 lenders in response to our survey about their experiences with and responses to the UK’s Building Safety Regulator’s management of its Gateway approvals process. Relevant lenders are encouraged to complete the survey, here.
- While we didn’t expect a huge reaction from our network to the UK government’s proposed ban on upward only rent reviews, we did think more of you would have something to say about it (and press coverage suggests it might be more significant for banks than we would have thought).
