In 2021, we formed a committee to focus on promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our industry. These are the Committee's principal areas of focus:
- Supporting the careers of professionals from under-represented groups in our industry, including by developing suitable mentoring and networking schemes
- Providing a forum for our member firms to compare notes and share experiences, making it easier for good practice to spread and mistakes not to be repeated
- Helping to attract a broader range of people from under-represented groups into our industry, in particular from schools and universities (including by collaborating with other relevant trade associations and initiatives).
